01 Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixelalty — Digital Solutions handles information in operating pixelalty.com and providing website design and real estate listing video services. Pixelalty operates from Florida, United States. Contact us through our contact page or @pixelalty on Instagram.
This policy covers Pixelalty’s practices. Stripe checkout, Tally questionnaires, Instagram, and other third-party services also operate under their own privacy policies and terms. A client website we build may use different software and have its own owner’s privacy obligations; this policy does not automatically become that client’s policy.
02 Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide your name, email address, business or brokerage name, service interest, project inquiry, communications, review/rating, order or receipt reference, questionnaire responses, project instructions, and uploaded or otherwise supplied materials.
Provide only information relevant to the request and make sure you are authorized to share information about others. The ordinary public inquiry and review forms are not intended for passwords, complete card numbers, government identifiers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information.
03 Contact inquiries
The website contact form sends your name, email, optional business name, selected service, and message to Supabase. If you select Advanced / Ecommerce, it may also send the optional page/product counts, booking needs, integrations, and other functionality you enter.
We use this information to assess fit and scope, answer questions, prepare a quote, communicate about a project, and keep relevant business records. Inquiry contents and administrative handling status are not intentionally published on the public website. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a newsletter or advertising campaign.
04 Reviews and public information
A review submission may include your display name, business or brokerage name, service, rating, title, review text, email, order/reference, genuine-experience confirmation, and submission metadata. Reviews await moderation rather than publishing automatically.
If published, your display name, optional business name, service, rating, title/text, and date may be visible publicly, along with a verification indicator or our public response. Featured approved reviews may appear on the homepage. Your reviewer email and order/reference are administrative/private fields and are not intentionally included in public review output. Moderation notes are private.
Do not include private information in the public review text. Contact us about a correction, privacy concern, or removal request. We assess requests in light of authenticity, legal obligations, and legitimate records. Search engines and third parties may retain copies of material already made public. You retain ownership of your review; publication permission is limited and does not transfer that ownership.
05 Payment information and Stripe
Stripe processes customer payments on its checkout pages. Pixelalty’s public website has no card-number entry fields and does not need to receive or store complete credit/debit card numbers or card security codes.
We may receive or access payment-related information through Stripe, such as payer/contact details, the service purchased, amount, currency, payment status, receipt/transaction references, limited payment-method details, refunds, and dispute records. We use these for fulfillment, accounting, verification, refunds, and handling disputes. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own policies. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
06 Questionnaires, Tally, and project materials
After a website purchase, you may be redirected to a Tally questionnaire. Information and files you submit there are processed through Tally and made available for the project. Listing video customers should follow their applicable post-payment instructions; not every service necessarily uses the same questionnaire.
Project information may include website addresses, business descriptions, branding, copy, photos, listing details, product/catalog information, functionality requirements, and authorized project materials. We use it to scope, produce, review, deliver, and support the agreed work. Materials may be supplied through a questionnaire or another channel we agree to use.
Do not upload passwords, payment-card information, confidential customer lists, or sensitive personal data to ordinary forms. If a project genuinely needs restricted information or account access, agree on appropriate handling first. You are responsible for obtaining permission before sharing third-party materials or personal data. See Tally’s Privacy Policy.
07 Administrator authentication and site settings
Supabase provides authentication for Pixelalty administrators, including email/password login, authenticator-based multi-factor authentication, session tokens, account identifiers, and related security records. These administrative functions are separate from public customer forms; purchasing a service does not create a public administrator account.
Supabase also stores site appearance settings. Only published design settings are exposed to public visitors. Drafts, version history, and administrative actor information are restricted to authorized administration. Authenticated administrative access to private application data requires an admin role and completed MFA in the current implementation.
08 Technical and security information
Requests to load the website or use connected services necessarily involve technical information such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser/device information, connection details, and security/error information. Cloudflare and the relevant service providers may process this information to deliver their services and detect abuse.
Public submissions also use a request identifier and form timing information for reliable retries and spam controls. Server-side rate limiting uses security metadata, including a salted hash derived from a submitted email address and submission type. These controls are not advertising profiles and do not imply that every submission has been identity-verified.
09 Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising cookies, or behavioral advertising tags.
The site uses browser local storage to save public appearance settings so your next page can load with consistent styling. The cache is treated as valid for up to 24 hours; its stored entry may remain until replaced or cleared. It contains public design values, not a customer profile, review, or administrator credential.
The site uses sessionStorage for administrator sign-in sessions and recent public-form submission timestamps used for a short cooldown. Browser storage can normally be cleared in your browser settings; disabling it may affect sign-in or convenience features. The public website still has a built-in theme if appearance storage is unavailable. Browser session restoration may affect how long session data remains locally.
Cloudflare and providers you visit, such as Stripe and Tally, may use their own cookies or equivalent technologies for necessary service, authentication, fraud prevention, or security functions under their policies. This description of Pixelalty’s installed code is not a claim that external checkout or questionnaire pages use no cookies. If we add analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before using it.
10 How we use information
We use relevant information for the following business purposes:
Responding to inquiries; assessing and documenting project scope; communicating about orders and approvals.
Producing, checking, delivering, and supporting website or listing video work, including arranging necessary provider access.
Administering payments, receipts, accounting, refunds, and legitimate payment disputes.
Moderating and displaying genuine customer reviews and responding to feedback.
Operating the website and Appearance system; controlling administrative access; detecting errors, fraud, spam, or misuse.
Maintaining necessary records, complying with applicable law, and establishing or protecting legitimate rights.
11 Service providers and their roles
Cloudflare Pages hosts and serves the production website and may process normal network, delivery, and security information. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
GitHub stores website source code and supports deployment integration. It does not process Pixelalty customer payments. Public source files can include public business copy, branding, and published public configuration; private inquiries, review emails, project secrets, and administrator passwords are not intended for the public repository. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement.
Supabase supplies the database for reviews, inquiries, and site settings and the authentication service for administrators. See Supabase’s Privacy Policy. Stripe handles payments and related payment operations; Tally handles questionnaires and submitted project information. Their policies are linked in the relevant sections above.
If you contact us on Instagram, that platform processes your account and messages under its own policies. Other providers may be needed for a particular agreed project, such as its hosting, domain, booking, ecommerce, or creative tools. Their involvement depends on the services actually used; this is not a claim that every example platform is installed on pixelalty.com.
12 Production tools and confidential materials
Project materials may be processed using design, development, automation, creative software, or AI-assisted tools to prepare the agreed deliverables. We limit the information shared with a tool to what is reasonably needed for the task, subject to agreed restrictions. Its provider’s terms and account settings also govern its processing.
Tell us before sending confidential, regulated, or sensitive information so we can determine whether suitable handling can be agreed or whether the information should not be supplied. A standard website or listing video purchase does not itself establish a specialized sensitive-data processing agreement. We do not claim that all providers follow identical retention or processing practices.
13 When information may be shared
We may disclose relevant information to providers needed to operate the business or perform the agreed service; to a person you authorize; or as needed for payment verification, accounting, professional advice, and resolving a legitimate dispute.
We may also disclose information where required by law or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect people, accounts, security, or legal rights. We may share relevant records with a payment processor or issuer to address a payment dispute. We limit these disclosures to information reasonably relevant to the purpose.
If Pixelalty undergoes a legitimate sale, merger, reorganization, or asset transfer, relevant business records may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality measures, applicable law, and notice or other protections where required.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted behavioral advertising in the current operation of this website. We share information for fulfillment, hosting, security, payments, and the other purposes described in this policy.
14 Portfolio and promotional displays
Our Terms allow limited display of completed, non-confidential work unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing before publication or the work reasonably should remain confidential. This may include the finished website/video and public business branding, subject to underlying rights.
This permission does not cover private admin data, payment information, passwords, customer lists, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information. Tell us about an objection or rights/privacy concern through our contact page so we can assess and address it.
15 Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the project relationship, support needs, accounting or legal requirements, payment disputes, security, and legitimate recordkeeping. Different categories may require different periods; we do not promise immediate deletion of every record on request.
For example, published reviews may remain while relevant and lawfully maintained; private inquiry/project records may be needed for follow-up and proof of performance; and transaction/dispute records may need to be kept longer. Submission rate-limit records older than seven days are cleaned up when later submissions occur; this is not an automatic deletion of the associated inquiry or review.
We delete or de-identify information no longer reasonably needed, subject to applicable retention obligations and technical limitations. Provider backups, security logs, legal holds, and recovery systems may retain copies for additional periods under applicable requirements. Clearing browser storage does not itself delete records held by Pixelalty or a provider. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of a specific record.
16 Security
The current site uses HTTPS delivery, restricted database access, public responses limited to intended public fields, and administrator authentication with MFA. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services, but no internet transmission, software, account, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Help protect your information by using secure accounts and by keeping passwords, authenticator codes, and full payment details out of ordinary forms and public review text. Contact us promptly if you believe information was exposed or an account was misused. We will respond and provide any notifications required by applicable law.
17 International processing and legal bases
Pixelalty operates in the United States. Providers and their authorized subprocessors may process information in the United States or other countries, depending on the service and configuration. Privacy laws may differ between locations. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those requirements still apply; visiting this site does not waive them.
Where a legal basis is required, relevant processing may be necessary to respond to a request or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the service and managing records, or rely on consent where the law requires it. The appropriate basis depends on the activity and applicable law.
18 Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose what optional information to provide, refrain from posting a review, adjust browser storage settings, and ask questions about information we hold. We may be unable to provide a requested service without information necessary to fulfill it.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction of certain processing, an objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not undo lawful prior processing. Rights may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions such as necessary records or another person’s rights.
Send a request through Contact Pixelalty, or use Instagram if the form is unavailable. Identify the request and the relevant project or information without including full card numbers or credentials. We may ask for proportionate verification and will respond as required by applicable law. You may also contact an appropriate privacy regulator where you have that right. No account creation is required merely to submit a request.
19 Children’s privacy
Pixelalty’s business services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. The ability to enter a service agreement is addressed in our Terms.
20 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our actual services, providers, technology, or legal obligations change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before a material change applies; posting an update does not by itself authorize an incompatible use of previously collected information.
